Our large, private, much loved , well maintained 3 bedroom duplex is located within Nonsuch bay – a private gated community. There’s a beautiful private beach, two infinity pools looking out onto the bay, a bar and the Rokuni restaurant. We have a spacious wrap around balcony with an outdoor dining table. There’s also a roof terrace on the top floor. Guests can freely enjoy the beach, 2 pools and sun loungers. . Government certified approved accommodation.

The space

Own front door into living room with new furniture, lots of louvered doors leading onto large wrap round terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Ground floor ensuite bedroom, laundry room and cloakroom. Upstairs to twin ensuite and master bedroom, balcony with ensuite, walk in showers and jacuzzi bath. Separate closet and sun terrace on top floor with beautiful views over the bay. All double beds are super king sized with very good comfortable matresses.

Guest access

If you want to explore Antigua’s 365 beaches we suggest a hire car. Jerry charges $45 us a day and he can deliver the car. We have free parking right outside the villa.

Other things to note

You do need a car to access the grocery store and we usually suggest a taxi does your airport pick up and you can be taken to get supplies on the way over to us – 35 minutes. Alternatively Natasha can do a shop for your arrival.

Half Moon Bay is close by car, with a great Beach Bar & Restaurant and Sunbeds for hire. English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour are 30 minutes by car with many great sights and restaurants.

We do suggest guests hire a car so they can easily explore the area better. We have easy parking right outside the door and can suggest a good hire company. Equally taxis work if you are determined not to leave the resort very often.
