Located in a private very quiet gated community at Residences in Nonsuch Bay. Our luxury home has 2 spacious master suites, 2 full bathrooms (tub & showers), relaxing living room, dining room, & well equipped kitchen with Viking appliances (microwave, DW, fridge) & NEW a/c in bdrms & LR.

The veranda is very spacious with an additional dining area to enjoy the stunning views & tropical breeze.

Only steps to one of the 2 community pools & only a 3 minute walk to the beach & Rokuni restaurant.

This is NOT a busy beach so if you’re looking for a very quiet secluded relaxing vacation to get away from it all and enjoy the amazing views then this is your destination!

Located in a private (approx 40 acres) gated community at Residences in Nonsuch Bay, Antigua, our luxury home has 2 spacious master suites, 2 full bathrooms (tub and showers), relaxing living room, dining room that comfortably seats 6 (both indoor & outdoor) and a well equipped kitchen with Viking appliances (microwave, dishwasher and fridge), nespresso and coffeemaker. We also have a washing machine AND dryer.

The veranda is very spacious with an additional dining area, and also lounge chairs to enjoy the stunning views and tropical breeze.

We also just installed a NEW state of the art a/c into each of the bedrooms AND the living room – I believe we are the only home in the area with an a/c in the living room.

We have cable TV in the living room AND a smart (Roku) tv in the King master bedroom.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be set up as another king bed, if you choose. There is also a small sofa in that bedroom which folds down to a single bed which is great for a kid.

Only steps to one of the 2 community pools and only a 3 minute walk to the beach and also Rokuni restaurant (check for open hours) which has the 3rd pool for their guests to enjoy.

There is approximately one flight of stairs down to enter the front door of the home. There are no stairs inside the home.

Rokuni restaurant is one of the best restaurants on the island. It is Asian fusion with an extended menu – it’s our families all time favorite!

A variety of excursions, including a small boat to Green Island can be booked for pick up right on the Nonsuch beach. Green island is great for snorkeling and they also have a top restaurant.

Antigua is known as an incredibly friendly, safe and welcoming Caribbean island and boasts 365 beautiful beaches – one for every day of the year!

Our wonderful manager Natasha is also there to help you with detailed information for your stay including, excursions, taxi’s etc. Please ask us questions and we’re happy to share all info.

It’s also important to note that the private gated community is approximately 45 minutes from the airport which is easy to get to whether you choose to rent a car or taxi. Either way you must stop by the supermarket on the way to get food/drink supplies – there is not a store in the gated community. The taxi’s are all very used to the supermarket stop for all guests. We do also leave some coffee, tea and a few drinks and snacks for you in our welcome basket 🙂

If you choose not to rent a car we can recommend a great taxi driver to take you to other parts of the island and beaches – Half moon bay beach with a fab on the sand restaurant is a very short 10 minute drive and is a much see! Super easy taxi ride. Taxi prices vary but we have personal recommendations which are the most cost effective.

Our guests have access to the 2 pools – one is located just steps from the home – and beach access also with lounge chairs and seating.

The third pool is located at Rokuni restaurant and is available when you are dining at the restaurant. It’s our favorite restaurant on the island. It’s an Asian fusion extended menu. Please check their open hours and call or stop by there to make a reservation. It’s only a few minutes walk from the house.

For each booking (minimum 3 nights) we donate one school uniform to a local family. This is close to our hearts and important to us because kids are required to have 2 uniforms in order to attend school. ❤️

Absolutely NO Parties. NO smoking. NO pets as the owners have severe allergies.

The WiFi is FREE. We have the best wifi we could get but we can’t be held responsible for if the wifi is interrupted.

There is a security camera located OUTSIDE the front door and is on at all times.
