This property is in a gated residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking. NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. Rentals are limited to 5 day minimum.
We provide a welcome grocery package of bread, milk, butter or spread, bananas, jam, half a dozen eggs, tea and coffee to get you started. Please advise if you have any dietary requirements.
Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of the rules will result in immediate eviction
with no refunds.
